This is an authentic vintage 1940s or 50s Hawaiian-style rayon shirt made by Ceeb of Miami.  The print is fabulous - silk screen printed marlin fish in orange, yellow, blue and white that pop against the navy blue background.  It has a casual style open neckline and a patch pocket at left chest as well as one at either lower side.  It closes with four plastic buttons down the front.

Label: Ceeb of Miami Reg. U.S. Pat. Off. Miami Sportswear Co.  Miami Sportswear was incorporated in 1946 and known for their Florida styled beachwear.

Material:  Rayon with a linear texture

Sizing: No size is indicated, and although this should fit a medium to large body size, probably a size 40, please closely verify the following measurements for fit:

Shoulders:  18” across from seam to seam

Sleeves:  11 1/2” long 

Chest: 48” around, taken under the arms

Bottom: 46” around 

Length: 29”, measured flat

Condition: It is in very good condition with no wear, tear, odours or stains - this is a very well preserved example.
